The Spotlight Studio is home to ComedySportz! Improv Comedy every Friday and Saturday Night at 7:00pm.
ComedySportz is a fast-paced, all-ages improvisational comedy show that uses audience suggestions in a highly competitive “game” between a red team and a blue team. The teams compete for the most laughs. There is no script or plan prior to each performance resulting in non-stop laughs for the players and audience.
The Spotlight Studio is in the lower level of The Spotlight Theatre at 1800 7th Ave., Moline.

A Special Night of Comedy Featuring Bobby Kesselman benefiting the Hope always Foundation
Bobby Kesselman is the Executive Director of Hope Always Foundation, a nonprofit organization that gifts digital tablets to children’s hospitals. Bobby began his career as a video editor, broadcasting and editing over 10,000 hours of highlights and news for Fox Sports and began his voice over career on American Dad and Family Guy in 2005. Bobby has appeared in over 700 episodes of TV, on shows Invincible, How I Met Your Mother, The Cleveland Show, BoJack Horseman, Glenn Martin DDS, Pretty Little Liars and more. He still does voices for American Dad and Family Guy and has never been happier running the Hope Always Foundation. Join us for a great night of laughs for a good cause!!

Second Saturday Shakespeared!
Long form improv in the style of Shakespeare. This slightly more adult themed show plays every second Saturday of the month after ComedySportz.
